Delivery suspension and delay due to COVID-19

Dear customers,
We are informing you regarding shipping.
Currently, all international air traffic has been significantly reduced due to the coronavirus.
Currently, due to COVID-19, countries around the world have blocked their which has reduced their flights by more than 70 percent.
With fewer flights, most countries are currently only able to ship through EMS (express shipping). Please keep this in mind and refer to the following.

Countries where K-package service is available

Countries is possible delivery would take about 25-30 days (based on K-package)
Depending on the situation, it may arrive earlier, but the current average delivery time is around 25-30 days.

EMS is a fast delivery service, but it would take about 15 to 20 days due to the reduction of flights due to COVID-19.
The delivery time is a little bit longer than usual. Please understand this point.

Overseas delivery has been temporarily suspended for countries other than those mentioned above.

Q: How can I upgrade to EMS shipping (express shipping) if I purchased a product in the U.S.A ?

A : EMS can be shipped to United States.
If you click the Add Shipping Cost link, you can pay an additional shipping fee ($19) and upgrade to EMS Shipping.
Also, we have set up to add the additional delivery fee at the bottom of the main slide.

Q : The shipping cost is too expensive.

A : EMS is shipped via post office, so it is the safest way for shipping.
But we offer two options to minimize the additional cost on our customers.

1. First: For Singapore customers who purchase $90 or more and United States customers

and countries where EMS can be shipped purchase over $190, we will provide free express shipping.
EMS (express shipping) would be provided without additional shipping fee.

2. Second option: We will send 10 mask packs (Random) worth of $15 as a gift only for customers who have paid additional EMS delivery fee.

Q : Is it free shipping by EMS when purchasing the product for $90 or $190? Why? Will there be shipping charges at the product payments?

A: EMS delivery is not free. It is an upgrade. In other words, when the customer purchases the product, the shipping fee will be paid according to the weight starting from $5.40. This is the previous normal shipping cost.
If the customer pays additional $10 (Singapore) and $19 (Europe and Americas), the existing normal shipping fee + EMS additional fee is paid (the customer is upgraded to EMS to receive the product).
Because based on shipping to US the EMS cost starts from at least $26.
Also, if you purchase more than $90(Singapore) or $190(Europe and Americas), the normal shipping fee will be paid depending on the weight. This is for us to upgrade the additional EMS shipping fee instead, and not all shipping fee is free. (General shipping fee paid by the customer + our online shop pays the rest)


Q: What happens if I don't upgrade to EMS delivery?

A : The country that can be delivered is changing every week.
Currently, many countries, including Europe, are showing stability from the virus.
We believe all deliveries will be possible sequentially after about a month. If you do not upgrade to EMS delivery,

we will ship the ordered products to your country as soon as the flight is normalized. (That's why customers need to give us enough time.)
