Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits.
Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment
Paypal is the only acceptable payment method for our items.
Please make a payment within 5 days after purchase.
If you do not have paypal account, please click the 'pay with a credit or debit card' button on Paypal site.
Please fill all info blanks and proceed payment.

    USA, Canada, Singapore (Qxpress), UK, Germany, Japan, Italy, Russia, China
    Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia


    Delivery to these countries has been normalized.
    Currently, all international air traffic has been significantly reduced due to the coronavirus.

    delivery will be delayed a little more than usual.
    Delivery time is about 15-25 days after shipment.

    Delivery time in Singapore is about 5~10 days after shipment.

    (In case of customs clearance delay, it may be delayed for several days)


    If you want to receive the DHL, UPS or Fedex delivery, please pay the extra shipping fee.
    The extra shipping fee is $24.00

    * Shipping costs are charged according to the weight, so you need to pay the basic shipping cost + extra shipping cost.

    * If customers purchases of $250 or more will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS.




    Australia


    Overseas delivery in Australia has not been normalized yet.
    But, We can ship by international cargo ship shipping or Express shipping (DHL or EMS)


    Cargo shipping will apply when the purchase amount is $50 or more.
    (If the purchase amount is less than $50, Cargo shipping does not apply and the order may be cancelled)
    Cargo shipping Delivery time is about 35-60 days after departure from the port.
    (But, delivery may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance and other issues.)
    A registration number will be provided.


    If you want Express delivery, we will ship by Express delivery if you pay the extra shipping fee.
    For Australia, we ship by DHL, with an extra shipping fee of $24.00
    * Shipping costs are charged according to the weight, so you need to pay the basic shipping cost + extra shipping cost.

    * If customers who purchase more than $250 in Australia will be shipped by DHL (Australia)



    Indonesia, France, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, Norway, Poland,
    Finland, Sweden, South Africa, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Brazil, Peru, India


    Overseas delivery in these countries has not been normalized yet.
    But, We can ship by international cargo ship shipping or Express shipping (DHL or EMS)

    - Customs and Duties
    We always declare packages as GIFT and lower value.
    We do our best to avoid this situation, but we cannot guarantee it will not get caught on customs.
    If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control.

    We won't make refunds in case the parcel gets caught in the customs.
    But if the parcel comes back to our office, we will make partial refunds for the products that are undamaged.

    In case your tracking number is invalid please provide us the information via e-mail. (go.kosmeshop@gmail.com)
    We will verify the tracking number with your country's post office and reply back to you.
    But please bare in mind that the process takes about 2 weeks - 1 month.



Returns & Exchanges
[Return due to faulty]
If you discover the defect of product after receiving it,
you should inform us of this fact without delay within 5 days of product receipt.
And please capture the fault part and transmit it to us as a file

If there is a trace of using the product, the exchange or refund can be impossible.
Please keep in mind that, due to the nature of overseas delivery we will not make refunds on external package damage. (Damage on the box)

Please inform us within 5 days of receiving the product.
If there is a trace of using the product, the return or exchange can be impossible so you should return the product to us as it is.
Buyer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
When returning your item, it has to be in the original condition as it was sent out (New, unworn and unused condition)
* Refund amount not included the shipping cost.

Refunds
Refunds for customers who provided payments via [Paypal transfer] payment method could be provided instantly.
Paypal payment could be refunded as partially [Partial refund] as fully [Payment cancellation]
Partial refunds for "out of stock" items could be provide instantly after a request from a customer.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns.

Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order.

Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
