How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Paypal is the only acceptable payment method for our items.
Please make a payment within 5 days after purchase.

    Countries is possible delivery would take about 15-25 days (based on K-package)
    Depending on the situation, it may arrive earlier, but the current average delivery time is around 15-25 days.

    EMS is a fast delivery service, but it would take about 15 to 20 days due to the reduction of flights due to COVID-19.
    The delivery time is a little bit longer than usual. Please understand this point.

    Currently, the air delivery to many countries is not smooth due to reduced aircraft service.

    International cargo ship delivery varies by country, but the average delivery time is around 45-60 days.

    Q: How can I upgrade to EMS shipping (express shipping) if I purchased a product in the U.S.A ?


    A : EMS can be shipped to United States.
    If you click the Add Shipping Cost link, you can pay an additional shipping fee ($19) and upgrade to EMS Shipping.
    Also, we have set up to add the additional delivery fee at the bottom of the main slide.

    Q : The shipping cost is too expensive.


    A : EMS is shipped via post office, so it is the safest way for shipping.

    For Singapore customers who purchase $90 or more and United States customers

    and countries where EMS can be shipped purchase over $190, we will provide free express shipping.
    EMS (express shipping) would be provided without additional shipping fee.

    Q : Is it free shipping by EMS when purchasing the product for $90 or $190 ?
    Why? Will there be shipping charges at the product payments?


    A: EMS delivery is not free. It is an upgrade.

    In other words, when the customer purchases the product, the shipping fee will be paid according to the weight
    (Basic Shipping fee + EMS extra shipping fee)

    Q: What if I do not upgrade to EMS and international express ?


    A: There are a few countries where the COVID-19 has stably ended are and delivery suspension has been lifted. 
    However, even today, in most country air delivery is not available.
    If the customer does not upgrade the delivery method, delivery can be carried out by international cargo ships.

    We hope that customers will have enough time to wait for the package.
    We're sending you satisfying gifts as well to compensate the delay.
    (For K-package-capable countries, delivery will available as before.)

    - Customs and Duties
    We always declare packages as GIFT and lower value.
    We do our best to avoid this situation, but we cannot guarantee it will not get caught on customs.
    If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control.

    We won't make refunds in case the parcel gets caught in the customs.
    But if the parcel comes back to our office, we will make partial refunds for the products that are undamaged.

    In case your tracking number is invalid please provide us the information via e-mail. (go.kosmeshop@gmail.com)
    We will verify the tracking number with your country's post office and reply back to you.
    But please bare in mind that the process takes about 2 weeks - 1 month.



Returns & Exchanges
[Return due to faulty]
If you discover the defect of product after receiving it,
you should inform us of this fact without delay within 5 days of product receipt.
And please capture the fault part and transmit it to us as a file

If there is a trace of using the product, the exchange or refund can be impossible.
Please keep in mind that, due to the nature of overseas delivery we will not make refunds on external package damage. (Damage on the box)

[Return and exchange due to customer’s change of mind]
Please inform us within 5 days of receiving the product.
If there is a trace of using the product, the return or exchange can be impossible so you should return the product to us as it is.
Buyer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
When returning your item, it has to be in the original condition as it was sent out (New, unworn and unused condition)

Refunds
Refunds for customers who provided payments via [Paypal transfer] payment method could be provided instantly.
Paypal payment could be refunded as partially [Partial refund] as fully [Payment cancellation]
Partial refunds for "out of stock" items could be provide instantly after a request from a customer.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns.

Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order.

Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
